Tuesday in Baltimore

Tuesday we took the up hill walk to the top of Federal Hill. I didn't count the steps but it was a long way up. The view was pretty cool. While we were in the area we walked to the Cross Street Market and loaded Stephanie's new back pack with goodies and picked up lunch at a Chinese booth, then Back to the boat with our booty and on to the Maryland Science Center to see the BodyWorks display and view an IMAX show on the body. This was an awesome experience. I learned so much about the human body and how complex it is. You would have to see it to believe it. I would share our experience in pictures with you but no camera's were allowed. Sorry! After the Science Center we went back to the boat so the girls could rest up for their concert, Hootie and the Blowfish tonight. I will let them tell you about that, we didn't go.

Bri and I walked all the way across the harbor and past the aquarium over to Pier 6, where the concert was. We got there with about a half hour until the show started. When the opening band came on, The Drew Davis Band, the place wasn't all that packed. The band was good, very good actually. After they played their set they went over by the merchandise stand where Bri and I got a CD, and shirt. We went over and waited in a long line that went by pretty quickly. Bri got her CD signed and I got my shirt signed, we got every band member's autograph. We then waited for the intermission to end and Hootie and the Blowfish was on. Everyone stood up and with the way the set up is, it made it difficult to see, even with good seats that were right in the middle. Hootie and the Blowfish had a lot more people, nearly packed. It was hard to see because Bri and I are both quite short but over all it was a good show. We did happen to leave a bit early though due to the fact that Bri had heard her song, it was way crowded in our seats, and we were both tired, hungry, and exhausted. There are no pictures from this because we got into a bit of an arguement and she didnt want to take the camera ((I knew she'd want it later)), but the expierence was great, and we wish we could show you or maybe could've had pictures with the opening band.
Time to wake up Bri and finish getting ready.
