Through the Great Bridge lock at 08:00, then through the always amazing Norfolk, VA and all the Navy ships, then on to the Chesapeake to an anchorage off Mobjack Bay on the East River for a few days of exploring and the 4th. Maybe catch a bucket of blue crabs off the swim platform. Love being at anchor on the Chesapeake!
Love the sunsets at anchor. After it set, the sky lit up like it was on fire.
